Floral Preservation Info & Inquiries
The Process: From Booking to Blooming Artwork
Step 1: Submit an Inquiry
Review the full FAQ section and fill out the contact form below.
We can only take on a limited number of bouquets per date so it’s best to book in advance to avoid disappointment. We recommend booking at the same time as your other vendors.
Step 2: Contract & Deposit
We’ll reach out by email to confirm your date is available. You’ll generally hear from us within 24-48 hours.
We’ll provide you with a client agreement and information sheet to review and complete, including your design selections. A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot.

Step 3: Drop-Off
You can drop off your bouquet locally in Guelph, ON, or ship it to us within 3 days of your event. We’ll provide bouquet care instructions and detailed shipping guidelines to ensure your blooms arrive in the best possible condition. The outstanding balance is due at drop-off.
Step 4: Pressing and Design
I press each flower to preserve its natural beauty, colour, and texture. This is a slow process, and it takes months for the flowers to dry.
When your flowers are ready, I will complete any flower reconstruction, and you will be added to the design queue. Once we reach your spot in the queue, I will reach out with two design options for your review with a possibility for revisions before I frame your artwork.
We will work with you to create a layout that reflects your vision—be it whimsical, minimalist, or something entirely unique. Your flowers will be framed in a minimal double-glass frame, creating a floating effect highlighting every detail of your blooms.
The full process can take anywhere from 6-8 months (+/-) and cannot be rushed.
Step 5: Pick-Up
Once your frame is finished, I’ll send you a photo of your artwork and coordinate the pick-up process.
Your artwork is carefully packaged and can be picked up at our Guelph studio or shipped to you ready to be displayed and cherished for many years.
